I had an issue with my heater recently. I called Martin’s and was immediately placed on the schedule for the same day. The technician showed up on time, was friendly, kept me up to date on the service and corrected the problem the same day. I would recommend Martin’s Indoor Air Experts. Upstairs air conditioner quit working. I called next morning, Their serviceman, Joey, was out that afternoon and fixed it in less than an hour. Fair price. Would highly recommend

The quality of the work is fine; however the company needs to improve their communication and scheduling. I wasted almost four days waiting for the company to arrive. The first day I was assured multiple times they would arrive (via phone calls I made to the front office) and they never did. At no point did the company reach out to me to inform me they wouldn't make it. The second day/time we set, again I was assured multiple times throughout the day that the techs would arrive that day but they never showed up and I received no contact about them not being able to arrive. The third day, they finally arrived 4 hours after the scheduled time for that day and were unable to complete the defined scope of work that day due to a lack of materials. The second day of work, again they showed up 3-4 hours late due to an 'emergency job' elsewhere. I received no call and was left waiting for them to arrive.
