This business installed my unit in new construction 2 years ago and maintains it at 6 month intervals. When deciding which system to install, I spoke with the owner on pros and cons of each type. I have not been disappointed. The whole team is educated on various aspects of systems and maintenance processes. They are all easy to work with and we feel valued by every one we’ve dealt with during the last 2 years.

The quality of the work is fine; however the company needs to improve their communication and scheduling. I wasted almost four days waiting for the company to arrive. The first day I was assured multiple times they would arrive (via phone calls I made to the front office) and they never did. At no point did the company reach out to me to inform me they wouldn't make it. The second day/time we set, again I was assured multiple times throughout the day that the techs would arrive that day but they never showed up and I received no contact about them not being able to arrive. The third day, they finally arrived 4 hours after the scheduled time for that day and were unable to complete the defined scope of work that day due to a lack of materials. The second day of work, again they showed up 3-4 hours late due to an 'emergency job' elsewhere. I received no call and was left waiting for them to arrive. Technician was great , polite and professional. Left multiple messages over several days and no one ever returned my call. No one answered the phone when I called either. Had to go through the manager of the construction company to contact the owner directly. Service: A/C system maintenance
