I had an encounter with southside roofing not while getting a roof installed, but when one of their fleet vehicles side swiped my truck on ambassador Caffery and ran. Gave the license plate to the corporate office and after getting the run around for days was finally told to let my insurance handle it. They did not handle the situation in a professional manner whatsoever. They would be the last company that I would choose to put a roof on my home.
This company did a fantastic job replacing my roof. Only took 5 hours to complete. Joe and Paul are first class guys and an absolute pleasure to do business with. I work at Escape from Poverty and we reached out to Southside roofing for donation to help our participant repair her roof that was causing a leak in her home. She was also facing eviction because of the upkeep of her roof and trailer. Southside Roofing didn’t hesitate to provide the material. They even went a step forward by providing machinery and labor.
