Able Plumbing LLC

I was charged $396 for Able plumbing to repair one simple water line leak. The time was around 1 hour and 20 min. And only 1 hour was actually work done on the water leak. The other 20 min. I was charged $60 for the plumber and helper to drive to the site. It was a simple fix and didnt need a helper, but i was charged for the helper as well. The plumber charged me for 2 hours of labor ( $250) for him and 2 hours for the help ( $120) for the helper. And about $30 for supplies. Yes, they repaired the leak, but i feel this was extremely poor value for my money and i told the plumber i will never use Able plumbing again. I plan to file a complaint with Able plumbing mgmt also. Your plumber only worked 1 hour 25 min. and charged for 2!! Plus helper. They did not do 2 hours of work. They repaired 1 leak only. Not multiple. Get your facts right. The atm was 2 min. Away as i dont generally carry $400 cash. This is very dishonest practice. No worries. Ill never call Able plumbin

Responsive and courteous. Priced quoted was twice what next quote was and almost 5 times what lowest quote was. When asked to break down the cost it took days for a call back and basically $800 labor quote for estimated 1 and 1/2 hour of labor... I know you can't control material cost. But $800 for not even 2 hours? Still great service and very responsive

Able Plumbing came to Our home checked our hot water heater. Found out after the repair Man ruled out if it needed a part or not that. That our 17 year old hot water heater was old just stop working. Able Plumbing had a brand new hot water heater in stock and was able to take the old one out and replace it with a brand new hot water heater. Very High quality and efficient the worker we had was very through he made sure all air was out the lines. We now have hot water since our Friday Morning miss hap. I'm very impressed Able Plumbing being professional, explaining everything in detail, Great Quality of a Job Well done.
