Mr. Craig Jones was extremely professional and knew what he was doing and talking about. I had stopped Craig just before leaving and asked him how he got into his profession. He gave me a very heartwarming story and began to let me know about his dreams and aspirations. He’s an amazing people-person and I’m happy to see people doing things that give them a strong sense of accomplishment. Good job ACE for having employees like Craig Jones.

Very professional! Tech let me know when he was headed to my home and about how long his commute would take. I also got a text from the company letting me know the tech was on his way.
