Great company with knowledgeable staff

My ac has broke the past two nights, I'm my opinion that's reason for a house call. The technician refused to come because of it being residential. Technically its commercial property bc of the fact I live in an apartment complex. I would never recommend these people to anyone for anything due to the way they handle business. I told him multiple times I didn't care how much it cost I just wanted my ac on. Apparently he's not working on commission. I would have gave 0 stars but that wasn't an option.

Went to work for this company and the day of hire I announced at the end of week worked that I had a personal matter to attend to following week I got sick but call the lead man before shift begain u couldn't make it to work .he showed little empathy and didn't ask what was reason for a second absence. Little did he know I had the flue.he replied (lol) your terminated.these are the kinds of people that CMC employees and put in charge of managing jobs in the feild.imagine if I had covide and passed it to him but he showed no Symptoms and he passed it to a loved one who physically could not bare the illness.would he be laughing or better yet inrage because no consideration was taken and now he's at a loss. Think about it.ill be in touch, if you'd like to speak to my attorney we can arrange a meeting and talk about wrongful termination and grievance. I'll bring my doctors findings with me when I turn in my consumables that where issued.petty as it seems.
