I called Cole Air on Monday and set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. The Cole repairman was prompt, fixed my problem, and the bill was extremely reasonable. I asked my All-Star plumber, who fixed my tub drainage problem on Monday, if he could recommend an HVAC repair service and he recommended Cole Air.
