We have a leak in the front of our house that is still not fixed. The water company says it on our side and dependable plumbing says it’s on the water company side. Dependable Plumbing charged us $245 to come to tell us this. I get there is a service charge but they wanted to charge 365. So yes they lowered but other service companies have charged us a service charge of $75, which is reasonable. Be very careful using them. We accidentally uncovered a very old septic that no one new about. Someone decided to slap the lid over it and called it good. This created a really dangerous sink hole in our yard when the lid rusted and broke. We called MANY companies to come out and handle the situation.
