Mr. Richard was very professional with patching a hole in my roof. His years and years of experience was very obvious as he inspected the damage, told me how he was going to fix it, and (though I didn’t ask for it) gave me pictures of each step he took so I can have it in my records. I was impressed by how friendly and understanding he was about my situation. He even went the extra mile by cleaning up the limbs and debris that had fallen on the ground from the storm. I found Justin on Google and by looking at his reviews I knew he was the right one to do my roof. "I Wasn't Disappointed at ALL!! " I would give Justin an "11" if I could for being Very Professional and Knowledgeable about his line of work. After he looked at my roof, he gave me two estimates to look at and answered all my questions I had regarding the difference between them. Justin and his wife Sheree are the sweetest people and so easy to talk with -TBH- it made me feel like old friends talking. While Justin was installing the roof he noticed that I had other issues (no facia behind my old gutters and some missing) and offered to take care of it for me ???? Justin will be my go to person if I ever need repairs again!! He has totally renewed my faith in there are good honest contractors out there and he will do the job Right!!!
