Moreau's Heating and AC

I'm writing this review from my shower, as I'm taking my third one today to cool down. I called Moreau's A/C on 6/20/23 to adresss some issues with my unit. To my surprise, a tech arrived the same day! Unfortunately, it all went downhill from there. When the tech arrived, he was on his phone from the time he showed up, until the time he left. He didn't even get off of his phone to greet me, which was awkward. After looking at my unit (all while still talking on his phone to someone else), he determined that it needed coils cleaned and some freon, and quoted me around $600 for the repairs. I agreed and we scheduled the repairs for 6/28/23. This was further out than I had anticipated, especially considering that no parts needed to be ordered, but I understand that this is peak season for A/C techs. Our family started counting down the days until our A/C would be fixed. So, I took a half of a day of PTO, and made arrangements with my staff at work to cover my absence. A follow-up text was

Jeremy came right out and did a fantastic job with our AC trouble. He was able to quickly figure out that we needed a new thermostat installed. Jeremy was able to get the old one out and install the new one in a very timely manner. Moreau's was very professional, fast, friendly, and affordable. Would highly recommend!
