I credit New Century Development for being the heavy hitter that got my insurance company moving and realizing how much flood damage my home took back in December 2022. Their teams are good hearted people and treat you like a human being and not just a project or pocket book. They truly do care about you. We have a 4 bedroom 2 bath house that 2600 sq foot with every room in the house effected with water damage. We had multiple projects that needed to be done simultaneously and was predicted to take 4 to 6 weeks for completion. Their teams were able to complete everything in 3 almost 4 weeks including dealing with the mortgage company who slowed their process astronomically. Their crews are screened and very trustworthy to where my wife and I were able to work and have peace of mind about our animals or kids coming home from school and not having issues.
