Air One does a fabulous job! I've been on their service plan for 4 years, every Spring and Fall they do a complete system inspection, repair any issues they find. If I do have a problem away from the semi-annuals they get me on the schedule promptly and resolve my issues right quick. Air One provided outstanding service from scheduling the technician to the completed job. My technician, Richie arrived earlier than scheduled and called me to see if I was available. Flawless installation of the Google Nest thermostat. Richie took time to help me get the thermostat connected to the nest app and showed me all the features. He completed the job in less than 30 minutes. Great service!!! Will be using Air One moving forward for all my maintenance and repairs.
