These people are great, they worked the first day taking the old system out and the second day they stayed until 4 am so I could have air you don't find to many businesses that will do that and they cleaned every thing after they were done if I have to have anything else done it will be these guys doing it Services: Installation, HVAC duct & vent repair, Install thermostat

This happened in late April: Derek (owner) came over to do an assessment of my AC which wasn’t working anymore bc a surge blew out my compressor. He was very thorough with an explanation of what was wrong, explaining that I needed to get my entire HVAC unit replaced. I later found out from someone else that all my unit needed was a new compressor & freon…it’s working perfectly now. I paid him for his assessment & tipped him, with the understanding that he would send me an estimate of what all needed to be fixed so we could proceed with either an insurance or warranty claim. It took me a week to try to get ahold of Derek & when I did he would lie & say he was going to send me the estimates or claim he already sent them. He even promised to give me a refund because he kept ignoring all my attempts of trying to contact him & at this point it had been 2 weeks with no estimates & no A/C in Louisiana late April heat with a 3 year old. After that last conversation, I never heard from him agai
