Garcia Roofing

Based on the reviews I thought I would get exemplary service from Garcia Roofing. Unfortunately my experience has been less than satisfactory. I had Garcia install a metal roof on my home. I had the sales person come out over a month before Ida and he said then that it would be at least 6 weeks before they would get to my roof. I was fine with that. Then Ida hit and it pushed my order back even further, even though we suffered roof damage during Ida. It took 4 months for them to get to the roof. I was patient and ok with that. I was told that the roofers would replace any damaged or rotten wood they encountered while installing the roof. They did not. They nailed into wood that animals had eaten through to enter the roof, they nailed into weather damaged and rotten wood. I have called several times and even had the warranty inspector come out. He told me to hire a carpenter to fix what should have been repaired by them. I called back and asked them to send out a repair inspector to ass

Dear, Garcia Roofing Company My wife and I are so happy we chose The Garcia Roofing Company to do our new roof. After interviewing at least 8 other roofing companies . Garcia made a wonderful presentation on what needed to be done, how it would be done and what it would take to do the job. Garcia had the manpower, the talented craftsmen, the equipment with superior work methods to do the work quickly and neatly. Led by the Project Manager "Frank Rosa" all our questions and needs were addressed and handled professionally. ( When we had a mishap of someone stepping through the ceiling this was repaired perfectly in 3 days .) Frank was always easy to speak with and around. He gave us great service during the project. Two lead associates, Misters Silvio and Juan are excellent with their work, Juan a fantastic roofing contractor and Silvio a master finish carpenter. Wow, just Wow! Garcia Roofing is world class, top to bottom. Our experience with our just completed new steel roof, gutters, louvers, chimney rebuild and chimney cap could not be any better. World class quality by each and every craftsman. World class customer service from EVERY employee and contractor. Everyone from the initial contact with the sales/estimator and project manager to the ones picking up debris from the old roof were friendly, Very accommodating and helpful, AND were happy to be here. smiling at every contact. This level of service and quality does not happen by accident - this is a VERY well run company. We’ve enjoyed the entire experience and are enjoying the amazing high quality of every service and product. A++ Five Star
