We used Infinite Construction after Hurricane Ida. Shawn came out immediately to assess our roof damage and even hung out 45 minutes to wait for the insurance adjuster to arrive so he could do the walk through with him and point out all the damage and show him why we needed a whole new roof. We did get a new roof and we were one of the first ones in our neighborhood to get ours. The roof was done in one day and they did a great job. They were quick to respond, got the job done right and went above and beyond to help us get the roof approved by the insurance company. Shawn came out late in the evening and spent the time needed to explain the installation of the new roof. We had to wait due to my insurance company taking their sweet time sending me the money. Shawn waited patiently and when I called the wait was very short and his guys were able to do the complete roof in a day.
