As a landlord you never want to get the dreaded call about a plumbing emergency. After some trouble shooting & getting a video camera down my main sewer pipe, I called Lenny's. The guys came out quickly to check out the problem & explained the options for repair. I got a quote emailed to me the next day & easily got a call back to answer a few questions about the scope of work. I got (3) quotes from reputable companies but chose to hire Lenny's based on their communication on site and well written quote which included a few items added to be sure we were up to code not mentioned by the other (2) company quotes. They seemed the less likely to end up needing to do more & charge me more, and the price given was right in line with the others.
