Lightning Service Inc

We have use Lightning Service for number of years now. We find their technicians to be very knowledgeable and competent. Scott did a maintenance service for us yesterday on 6 units. Showed up a bit earlier than anticipated, did a thorough job and completed the work efficiently.

They install 2 generators for my businesses and neither one works. Every time I call, they said they’re sending someone and no one shows up Service: Installation

Roy at Lightning Services seriously deserves a 5-Star rating. He was extremely helpful, informative and patient with all of our questions. Roy was quick to both predict and identify the actual issue with our AC unit. If you're in a pinch and just expect to need maintenance done, then the chance to get Roy as your technician is well worth it. However, I cannot give Lightning Services a 5-Star review. I was not impressed with the sales process, at all. Their tone and attitude changed the moment I mentioned that I was going to do my due diligence to seek out a second quote. The sales rep bad mouthed the other company, whom ended up being cheaper, friendlier and provided a longer/better warranty.
