Roy at Lightning Services seriously deserves a 5-Star rating. He was extremely helpful, informative and patient with all of our questions. Roy was quick to both predict and identify the actual issue with our AC unit. If you're in a pinch and just expect to need maintenance done, then the chance to get Roy as your technician is well worth it. However, I cannot give Lightning Services a 5-Star review. I was not impressed with the sales process, at all. Their tone and attitude changed the moment I mentioned that I was going to do my due diligence to seek out a second quote. The sales rep bad mouthed the other company, whom ended up being cheaper, friendlier and provided a longer/better warranty.

We finally upgraded from window units to a central AC/heat system for our house, and the whole crew at Lightning were wonderful and did great work! From the initial consultations to the installation to the follow-up fine-tuning visits, the whole staff was respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. They took all of our concerns into account and always responded quickly. I'm so excited to finally be so comfortable in my own home!
