Still waiting on my Jan -17th job to be completed. I have been getting the run around. I hired lone wolf for 2 separate projects both of which have been nightmares. The original sales person significantly oversold and underdelivered from the start of the project. For the first project the cost increased from original bid to final project by almost $10k with very little explanation. This project was for a custom wrought iron gate. The finished project had significant quality errors such as gaps in the mesh screen and the walk through gate was designed in such a way that intruders could reach around and unlock the gate (which happened). The entire project also took several months longer than originally quoted. They did correct these problems however not without significant efforts and hassling on my part. Before realizing the unprofessional nature of this company I gave them the deposit for a second project to repair a balcony which they were supposed to finish in early May, this project has not started and despite my frequent attempts to communicate with the team no progr
