I literally never leave reviews, even when I’m happy with the service, because I’m asked ALL THE TIME, but Arthur is an exception. He’s AWESOME!! I actually can’t imagine using anyone else for my electrical needs going forward. First, he’s SO nice and helpful and has a calming presence. More importantly, he’s SO GOOD at what he does! He answered all my questions and consistently found a way to solve whatever electrical problem I threw at him- all with a smile. I put off having electrical work for quite a while because everything always feels like such a process, but he made it so easy that I won’t put it off next time. Thanks, Arthur!! We used Mr Sparky for switching out a ceiling fan in my son’s room. He was friendly and courteous. Did a nice job and cleaned up everything before leaving. I’d definitely call again when we need an electrician! Service: Electrical fixture installation
I filled out a request on Angie's List for local electricians to look at some outlets across our home that had recently gone out with no tripped breakers showing. I received a call from Sparky's saying they were available to come out the following morning to take a look. The tech (Arthur) did arrive on time and was greeted by my wife as I was at work. After some troubleshooting he determined 2 15a breakers were bad and swapped them out for 2 20a breakers. Everything worked great after this swap. The invoice was emailed to me later in the day for $523. $99 dispatch fee and $424 for the breakers. No dispatch fee was ever disclosed to us upon their initial call to provide the service. I called for an explanation on the pricing since the invoice gave no breakdown other than the price for breaker swap. Since breakers cost $10-$50 apiece and the repair took less than an hour, the charge warranted an explanation and appeared inflated. The desk worker could not explain the pricing and advised
