I worked with both Bret and Jody on a faucet repair-both were professional and easy to work with. Also, Jody, who fixed the faucet, was on-time and quick; he answered my questions and showed me the problems he fixed. He then looked at another house repair concern. I will be using Mr Fix It again! These guys are fantastic. The staff went above and beyond at all times. Everything was of top standard, nothing too much trouble. They were able to accommodate my time frame even with me being out of town. Brett called me and we discussed everything I needed done over the phone and reviewed pictures with me to make sure we were on the same page.
