James has been great every time he’s had to come out to fix the lighting issues in my store. He is quick to assess and fix any problems we’ve had. I will always ask for him by name because I know I can expect qualify and professional work.

I found Prime Solutions trying to search for some plumbing and electrical help, and it was the best decision I've made yet. Mr. James and Mr. Chris came in at the time and date we scheduled, which was very punctual. Thank you. They helped with the plumbing tube things to get this amazing custom work station sink I ordered installed. Which I am very very happy I finally get to use! AND they even helped me with electrical wiring to get some nice cabinet lights along with better looking outlets that come with both the USB Type A and C ports! Thank you so much for all the help! (also thank you for helping me change the smoke detector battery lol) Y'all are the best! They were also very professional with me and the communication felt personally tiered to what I was requesting. Again, thank you! I fully believe no one could have done a better job than Prime Solutions. 10/10 highly recommend! You won't regret it!

We had some lighting installed as well as plumbing repair work done. James and Chris were courteous, professional, transparent and fair. When the work came in way over estimated James plainly walked us through why and the pricing was fair. They were respectful of our time and home environment and we couldn’t be more pleased at the quality of work.
