Matt was here for our new ac install a couple years ago and was so nice then! He came back today because we had a high pitched sound coming from the condensate pump. It ended up being a crazy clog in the pipe and water started raining down on us. He was so helpful. We figured out a solution to unclog the pipe and he cleaned up all the water. Very nice guy and all the women in the office that I talk to are always kind too! Highly recommend Stuart Services!

I had a wonderful experience with Stuart Services. They installed a new hybrid water heater in my garage as well as hydro jetted my french drains in my backyard. It was hard to find a plumber who knew what a hybrid water heater was, much less get a complete quote from one. Not only did Stuart Services answer all my questions, but they had excellent customer service by following up with me after the quote to ensure that I had everything I needed with no pressure to sign on the dotted line. They may be a bit more expensive than others, but the customer service you get is worth it! On the day of installation, I had multiple Stuart trucks outside my home and the installers were very nice, even when there were hiccups. Adam, Bryan, Nick, CJ and Josh were all there to help answer any questions I had and help get my new spaceship up and running. Would not hesitate to use them again! I am so very grateful for all of the wonderful Stuart employees that I’ve worked with. We, unfortunately encountered 2 catastrophic plumbing issues within weeks of one another. Everyone, from the sympathetic dispatcher who answered our calls to the incredibly hard working men who literally chiseled through our basement floors as the channels they dug filled with rainwater, was courteous, knowledgeable, resourceful and extremely professional.
