My air condition was leaking. When I called they said that they had a guy in my area . The technician was there 20 minutes. First of all I’d like to say I’ve used Stuart Services for plumbing, air conditioning and I needed both today!! Bradley T Bryant T and M. Jackson came to my rescue !!! The team did an excellent job!! I am so very grateful for all of the wonderful Stuart employees that I’ve worked with. We, unfortunately encountered 2 catastrophic plumbing issues within weeks of one another. Everyone, from the sympathetic dispatcher who answered our calls to the incredibly hard working men who literally chiseled through our basement floors as the channels they dug filled with rainwater, was courteous, knowledgeable, resourceful and extremely professional. Matt was here for our new ac install a couple years ago and was so nice then! He came back today because we had a high pitched sound coming from the condensate pump. It ended up being a crazy clog in the pipe and water started raining down on us. He was so helpful. We figured out a solution to unclog the pipe and he cleaned up all the water. Very nice guy and all the women in the office that I talk to are always kind too! Highly recommend Stuart Services!
