I’ve dealt with wett plumbing because of my home warranty. I have never in my life dealt with a more unprofessional business. The lady that takes calls should be trained in Customer service. We set an appt slot from 2-6. The technician showed up at 12:30 and supposedly rang the doorbell and left a business card bc no one was home. This was a complete lie. I have cameras at my home and no one showed up. I told this to the lady when I called to inquire about the situation and she accused me of lying on her technician and hung up the phone on me. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the trouble and call someone else.

Unfortunately, I never experienced any actual services due to scheduling issues and inadequate customer service. This company was assigned by my home warranty company and I was notified via text message of a date and time without any input if that time would work with my schedule. After the plumber missed the scheduled time he called to say he was running late and I asked to reschedule because I had another appointment that was too late to cancel. Again I received a text for the next day with a time I had no input on and I rearranged my schedule to accommodate. He then does not show up and did not call I just received another text with another day and time. I called the next morning and said the random time you scheduled for me doesn’t work can I please schedule for a week from now and to be in the morning 8-12. That morning came and I called because I received no reminder text and was told no I was from 4-6pm. Instead of trying to work with my schedule or trying to accommodate

We had a water leak in our Rheem water heater so we contacted our home insurance. This company apparently is contracted through the home insurance. First they never returned calls in 5 days. 2. They replaced a Rheem water heater with heater something I never heard of. They dented the water heater getting it in attic. Then tore molding odd ceiling and didn’t tell anyone. Then charged my wife a extra $400 that said insurance didn’t pay . I’m unable to post the pictures I have of the damage they caused. I don’t ever give reviews but this one I had to.
