I received great service from Comfort Engineered. They installed a Generac 24kw whole house generator. The technician, Thomas, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all the operations and functions of the generator. He also helped me set up WiFi monitoring. Now I have peace of mind and I am happy to know there will be no more power outages. They now use an answering service. So when you call you leave a message and it takes weeks to get a call back only to be told you will get another call back that never actually happens. I called and waited over 6 months for my home generator to be repaired due to being short staffed. Now it's taking countless calls just to get questions answered & a service scheduled. I highly recommend going to generic website and finding another service provider/authorized dealer. Comfort Engineered has the worst responsive time I've ever seen. I am super patient, but now we are back in another hurricane season and I still don't have my concerns addressed from last hurricane season. UPDATE: I got a call back & service scheduled. The staff and field techs were friendly and apologetic about the response time. Service: General repairs

The work crew were excellent. Always good to work with and very helpful. Very knowledgeable. 5 stars for the boots on the ground.
