I cannot rave about this company enough. If customer service is important to you on top of quality work then this is the company to contract. Ethan was our specialist who fully explained the process and products to me an my husband. Like children, upon request. We had no inkling of what steps to take next or how this would work out and he was very gracious with walking us through all the steps and our options, payment, etc. The crew who did our actual roof was huge and so efficient. They may have finished in less than 8 working hours, one evening and done the next morning. I cannot iterate how grateful I am at their efficiency and how well they cleaned up. When I got home they were shucking off the old roofing and I got a warning about all the nails. I was worried about my big, goofy dog and small children walking through everything since busses were pulling up and the dog needed to go out. If you want your roof done the correct way, choose a different company. They will claim they know how to put ridge tiles on your roof, but they do not! All of my ridge tiles had to be removed because of the poor job this company performed. Once I found a company who knew how to install ridge tiles the correct way, High Guard said they would pay the entire bill. High Guard asked where to send the check, but never sent the company a check to do the work. I had to pay $11,000 out of pocket to get my roof fixed due to High Guard's inadequate work. High Guard refused to pay in full for their incompetency! Stay clear from this company. They have a good sales team, but that is where it stops. The owner, Paul Howard, is nothing but a liar and crook. Makes promises, in writing, but never delivers. Sad, he took advantage of someone after they loss their house!
