I feel like there needs to be a rating system that exceeds 5, and much of what Julien does goes well beyond what is expected as a professional and highly responsive individual. I contacted him about a heating issue and he stated that he'd be able to come by the end of the day, and in the worst case scenario, tomorrow. He called back within 15 minutes, because he had to wait on an order for a later job, and "he was just in the neighborhood".
