I feel like there needs to be a rating system that exceeds 5, and much of what Julien does goes well beyond what is expected as a professional and highly responsive individual. I contacted him about a heating issue and he stated that he'd be able to come by the end of the day, and in the worst case scenario, tomorrow. He called back within 15 minutes, because he had to wait on an order for a later job, and "he was just in the neighborhood". His responsiveness is excellent, and his ability to problem solve is impeccable. After years, I still highly recommend. Service: Heating system maintenance

I was very please what the work. They located the problem, fixed it and explained what needs to be done and the cost. No hiding fees. I would use them again and I highly recommend them.
