Worst company ever. I agreed on things with them on phone. Tech called before he reached site and neglected everything we agreed on. Tried to overcharge me $600 for a leak test. I don't recommend. Either teach your employees how to work, or be crystal clear with your customers from the start

They responded immediately with the quote, and the installation, and everything was done very professionally with attention to detail. I can not give Precise Comfort enough stars! I called them in a bit of a panic. I called all over and no one could provide me same day service, but Precise Comfort did. They were on-site within an hour and the AC was fixed within another hour. They explained the issue, showed me pictures, and charged me a very fair price.
