I placed a Saturday emergency call. The tech arrived in less than an hour. He was very professional, reassuring and (so important to me) CLEAN!! Two days later his manager came over to do his part and he too was wonderful! I placed a call to the office and the girl who answered was so helpful, kind ! and patient with me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing pipe repair, Sewer cleaning, Outdoor plumbing system repair
Roto-rooter really helped me out today!! I cannot thank Tony Laundry enough for his work and his patience he had in fixing our toilet issue. I feel as if a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Highly HIGHLY recommend calling them if you are in need of ANY plumbing situation. I scheduled an appointment at 2:00 in the morning which is an option I’m glad was available! All in all my toilet is basically brand new the leak that was coming from my toilet into my room is fixed, and for that I am truly great full for the company and the workers that that have on hand. Thanks to Roto Rooter and Mr. Prakash for a Professional and fast service while working during a heavy rain condition. He was very polite and understanding because both bathrooms was temporarily out of service. He was on time in which a designated allowed up 30- 45 minutes. I was very satisfied ????.
