Kevin really came to impress and brought his A-game for an excellent experience. I was greeted with a charming smile and a professional yet comfortably casual demeanor. He was open and transparent about the service and costs, and walked us through everything he was doing and why. I had a very challenging plumbing issue, and even though he wasn’t able to completely remedy the problem he kept at it for 3 hours outside in the heat, and even crawled under the house to check other pipes in order to narrow down what the issue might be. Only after he had exhausted every option within his capability did he reluctantly call it a day, and immediately made us an appointment for the next day with a colleague who he believed had the equipment and expertise in order to really get to the bottom of our issue. The guy Andrew that came out to help me within an hour on a Sunday afternoon was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly left me feeling like I was take care of. I would call and request Drew again in a heartbeat if I needed assistance with anything plumbing again.
