My experience with Red Stick Roofing was favorable until the end of the job, when piles of leftover shingles, a box of vent pipes, and drip edging were left in my front yard. The owner promised me when he called to arrange for someone to pick up my check that the person picking up the check would remove the leftover supplies. That person declined to remove the supplies because his truck bed was "full of horse supplies." He said he'd send a trailer the next day to get the supplies. That did not happen. I have repeatedly asked Red Stick Roofing to remove these materials, but the company's employees have completely ignored me. Now, I have no choice but to incur the expense of hiring a hauling service to do this part of their job. If I have a problem with my roof, I'm very concerned that this company will ignore me then too. Service: Roof installation

Greg English was very professional and helpful. His bid continued to grow until met or surpass insurance allocation and he contacted insurance company handler to get matching increase in allocation. I initially wanted the assistance and remain thankful. Assuming he could get more money for projects and initiating discussion with little local people was intrusive and he presented pompous and grandiose. I am not pushy with my neighborhood bank. I recommend revising the contracts for actually removing expectations that don’t apply like the 12% upon signing.Some dishonesty regarding surplus funds to insured and t communication with insurance would help because trust is imperative when you are dealing with personal home.
