Whole home 27KW generator installed in March 2021. Here we are March of 2022 and generator will not startup in auto anymore. Called multiple times to have a technician come out and fix the issue for 2 months now. NOTHING STILL. I EVEN HAVE THE EXTENDED 7yr WARRANTY!!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING TO ANYONE. Billing dept and service appt dept is HORRIBLE like they don't know what they are doing. Contacted Generac and expressed my issues, they advised me they will handle it from here through another certified and reputable dealer other than Rescom. Best electrical service I could have ask for ! My whole generator install was only a few hours. The 3 guys who installed, Seth, Micha and Dakota , were professional, respectful and did a great job.. Ordered and installed Generac 8/2020 - 12/2020 for brother and sister-in-law in there 80's. Purchased 5yrs extended warranty but they were not told or did not remember about needing yearly maintenance. I got intouch last year and they took over a month to come out. They sent from for yearly maintenance again in Sept. Said it would be Oct to set date. We lost power at 2:45 am Generac did not come on found out it was battery I went to Advance Auto to replace it. I called asked if they could get out to service and replace new battery they said it would be $139 trip charge and they would not maintenance at same time I told Haley to forget the service I would replace it myself. They came out anyway without notifying me or my family first charged $169. No work and left a note on door everything was fine. They have keys and you do not need too know they are there they come on your property without permission and I told them before I always wanted to be there when they did work or inspec
