My experience with Top Team was definitely a great one. I became acquainted with this company two days after Hurricane Laura, and my roof was in dire need of being tarped. Within a day, that was done. It was only a month later that I had a new roof. Top Team’s roofing crew did a really great job of giving my family and I a beautiful new roof. Additionally, my gutters needed to be replaced, and Dean did an excellent job of installing them. Due to the extensive storm damage, the interior of my home also needed to be repaired; and Top Team took care of that as well. Throughout the entire process, Dustin and Devin were very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had and consistently addressed them in a timely and professional manner. They really made the process of recovering from the storm much less overwhelming and essentially provided us with a new home. Devin is truly amazing and extremely professional. Rating him from 1 to 10 I sincerely give him a strong 20!!!! I’m a widow and don’t know a lot about how things work and what’s what’s when replacing a roof and handling the insurance he took care of everything and explained every step of the way.
