Craig is the absolute worst owner and customer service person in his business. We've had a leak since he replaced our roof and Craig makes empty promises to fix it but never shows up to do his job. Had our roof replaced today by American Men Roofing, Inc. and they did a GREAT job! The crew showed up on time, had the job done from start to finish in 5.5 hours, and made sure every nail and piece of trash was cleaned up afterwards. The owner Craig was very professional and answered my (many) questions during the process. Roof looks AWESOME and I would highly recommend them! In two full days of working smoothly (well organized and everyone productive), we had our top quality roof for house and detached garage. Mr. Craig helped in our selection of shingles and scheduling around the COVID isolation period. The crew conscientiously cleaned up each day and left us in great shape. A refreshingly positive experience all around.
