Bayou State Roofing

We were working out of town when a wind storm blew off a part of our roof. The guys (and gal) we're on site before we knew it to do temp repairs. Because we were out of town we had to deal with our insurance company from a thousand miles away. Tandy and Matt took care of everything from the meeting to the reconciliation of the estimate to the timely install. Thanks to bayou Roofing we will be coming home to a dry and safe home. Tandi and Ray were so kind and got to me as quickly as possible when my roof started leaking after an excessive amount of rain. I truly am so thankful for their kindness and how responsive they were. Ray even took the time to explain in detail what was causing the issue. I definitely will use them again if ever needed.

Bayou State Roofing has taken care of me so well over the years. Most recently, we had major hail damage and needed a new roof. A sales rep was at my house the next day to assess the damage. She helped me through the process, from understanding how to put in a claim, what the adjuster would do, and what happens next. She was never too busy for my (many) questions. She even helped me pick out just the right color roof to match my house. The day the roof was installed was great. They were here by dawn and done by 2-3pm. I was astonished! I had to verify that they really were done. I went outside and just stared at the roof wondering how they did it so quickly. The guy who checks their work was already out there making sure all was well. They came back the next day to install the drip edge (I had the wrong color ordered - oopsie). It was like they were here one minute and gone the next. I couldn't believe how fast it went. Other roofing companies around here have been taking 1-2 days per
