I would recommed Bayou State Roofing to anyone, Tandi went far and beyond what was expected. My mother needed her roof replaced and other companies were giving me the run around. she worked with my moms insurance company to make sure every thing was gonna be done right. She was so easy to communicate with I was amazed at how effortlessly the communication was with her, She always gave me heads up on what was going to happen, supplies were delivered and the roof was replaced the next day. Bayou State gave us a great deal on my parents' new roof. After having their insurance claims dubiously denied a few times, we had to go out of pocket on the job, but the Bayou State team worked with us, got us scheduled within days of signing the contract ,worked quickly, cleaned up around the house thoroughly, and the roof looks great! Tandi and Ray were so kind and got to me as quickly as possible when my roof started leaking after an excessive amount of rain. I truly am so thankful for their kindness and how responsive they were. Ray even took the time to explain in detail what was causing the issue. I definitely will use them again if ever needed.
