Bayou State Roofing

I did not realize how low my expectations of customer service had become until I hired Bayou State Roofing to replace my parent's roof. Their work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction reminded me of how things used to be when people took pride in their work and always did their best to satisfy their customers.   Everyone was so courteous and professional, from Matt the owner, to James the site manager and even the work crews.   I was amazed one night when I called with a little concern and  within 5 minutes someone was at my house to take care of it.  Even after the project was done anytime I called with a question or concern it was addressed and if needed somebody was at my house the same day. Because of the exceptional level of customer service I received I have already hired Bayou State roofing a second time and am getting ready to do it again.  With every job the service keeps getting better. We were working out of town when a wind storm blew off a part of our roof. The guys (and gal) we're on site before we knew it to do temp repairs. Because we were out of town we had to deal with our insurance company from a thousand miles away. Tandy and Matt took care of everything from the meeting to the reconciliation of the estimate to the timely install. Thanks to bayou Roofing we will be coming home to a dry and safe home. Tandi and Ray were so kind and got to me as quickly as possible when my roof started leaking after an excessive amount of rain. I truly am so thankful for their kindness and how responsive they were. Ray even took the time to explain in detail what was causing the issue. I definitely will use them again if ever needed.
