CAUTION: Customers should get a written, confirmed price before the work begins! Their tech on-site -- in my attic -- quoted me a price of about $1,500, for water heater replacement. But after they finished the work, he told me the price had changed to $1,950, because the tank was in the attic (again, we were in my attic when he told me $1,500). Unacceptable! But the work was done before we were told of the increase, so I paid. I'm not suggesting it was intentionally dishonest. Everyone we dealt with at Bobby L. Greene was courteous, quick, and responsive. BUT...a money mistake like that simply cannot be made, then dismissed with a: "We're sorry." Overall, I'm a dissatisfied customer.
