He met with our insurance adjuster, went out of his way to help us with the paperwork and insurance claims, helped out during the replacement and clean up, and kept us informed about everything through the whole process! Chris, Adrian, and the rest of the crew from Keystone Roofing were fantastic to work with during our roof replacement project. Chris provided excellent service in dealing with our insurance company and handling all of the logistics and scheduling of our roofing project. He was also very responsive to all of our questions and requests leading up to the beginning of the project. Once on-site, Adrian and his roofing team did an outstanding job stripping, preparing, and installing our new ridge vents, vent jacks, and shingles, and they were able to complete our roof replacement in a single day. The cuts, alignment, and overall lines of the new roof are sharp and clean. Adrian's team also did a thorough, professional job with cleanup and nail removal. In summary, we can't say enough about this company. From beginning to end, the team at Keystone Roofing proved themselves to be highly competent, professional tradesmen and we highly recommend them.
