Very unprofessional on the phone. I called to ask about having a sewer crew to come out and the gentlemen was very rude when he answered the phone and didn't allow me to even ask the question before cutting me off. I understand that everyone is busy after this freeze, but a little customer service goes a long way. Will not use them ever again. Service: Sewer cleaning
