Do not use this company! They charge outrageously just to come out, then another charge per HOUR to find the issue, and yet ANOTHER CHARGE for the supplies and time to do it. Yes, it seems like that’s understandable, but when your bill is over $1,200 you would think and expect the job to be done. No, they did not fix it right, which inevitably had us with no water for almost an entire week, because it was on the main water line and no one would answer the phone. I assure you that there are more honest, hard working companies out there who will fix this right the first time and be on call if there are any issues. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Paul with Roto-Rooter came today and was kindly able to move my appointment up due to a cancelation. He consulted with me on the issue of my slow draining drains and an issue with drain flies. He walked me through what he would do, answered questions and made recommendations for maintenance. I feel confident in the service I received. Service: Drain cleaning

I needed help with a few plumbing issues in our home but our kitchen sink needed 1st look. From water leaking under sink and overflowing. Couldn't wash dishes. I was impressed with the work that was done. Even offered to replace garbage disposal that has been out of commission for awhile. I accepted the offer. Things are working now. As far as another project, I've called multiple times for our shower because it won't come on since the city turned water on from the water shutdown. I would call and I'd be told they will get in touch with a technician. No answer back. After a third time even sent photos upon request so they could see, still no response. So I guess this is a one time business deal. Thanks for the one thing but now I have to hunt for a reliable plumber to help me with my other stuff. I have trust issues from having another plumber company to break my stand in shower cartridge. I was hoping rotor rooter would be it due to them helping me before but I'd have to find anot
