Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

I have been hunting down plumbers for over a month now. I've even had 2 different people service my plumbing and was still having the same issues. Roto-Rooter sent out 2 very responsive and respectful gentlemen that not only resolved the issue, they scoped the main line and found a break in my pipe. I truly appreciated the fast and thorough service they provided. Services: Drain cleaning, Outdoor plumbing system repair

I needed help with a few plumbing issues in our home but our kitchen sink needed 1st look. From water leaking under sink and overflowing. Couldn't wash dishes. I was impressed with the work that was done. Even offered to replace garbage disposal that has been out of commission for awhile. I accepted the offer. Things are working now. As far as another project, I've called multiple times for our shower because it won't come on since the city turned water on from the water shutdown. I would call and I'd be told they will get in touch with a technician. No answer back. After a third time even sent photos upon request so they could see, still no response. So I guess this is a one time business deal. Thanks for the one thing but now I have to hunt for a reliable plumber to help me with my other stuff. Roto-Rooter has earned my plumbing business and I made 2 new friends! I called and spoke with Dawn to explain my issue and set up an appointment, she was so courteous and had someone at my doorstep in less than an hour. Austin and Justin were fantastic. They obviously were experts and thoroughly communicated every step of the repair so I understood what was happening. The repair was completed quickly and I was shocked how inexpensive the final charges were considering what I watched them do. I plan to call them soon for other repairs at my house now that trust is no longer an issue.
