After having another company come out three times and the AC still not working, we called Southern Air. The Southern Air tech, John Stevens, had us up and running with cold air in two hours. John was very knowledgeable and explained the issues we had. It was also an extremely affordable service call. I am very pleased with the customer service from Southern Air! I've had such a good experience with this company. I contacted them last night, they called first thing in the morning, set up a meeting for a quote, and sent James out within an hour or so. James looked at my system, broke everything down for me and was just one of the kindest people I've met. He explained all the plans for a new unit and made it very easy for me to come to a decision. After we picked a unit he set up an appointment for someone to service the current unit so it would get us through the weekend before they come Monday to replace it before my daughter is born. Our service member, also named James, arrived a couple hours after James gave me the quote. He was just as kind and had a great humor. He charged the system up and gave me his card in case it needed more before Monday. Wonderful people, wonderful overall experience, we were very blessed to have them. Service: A/C system maintenance

The service was fast and amazing. Out service tech Levi was very knowledgeable and patient with any questions that I asked. He offered even more services that were very helpful to us. 10/10 we will definitely use them again. Service: A/C system repair
