Simply AWESOME customer service. James Tippett and Brett Kirkman in counter sales did a phenomenal job in helping me with by shower and hot water needs! If you have a plumbing issue, check with these guys. Wish I had sooner!!! Would have saved time and money!
Always extremely helpful and nice to deal with if you can't get the stuff you need for plumbing here it probably doesn't exist ????
rude as hell in showroom,, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Even other staff walking through showroom have same attitude-- must run from the top down. they think they are doing you a favor ....
