Called to unplug a toilet . Charged over $300. First snakes the toilet . Scratched the heck out of the guest bathroom . Then removed the toilet to unclog . Which is what worked . However, they never advised they would scratch up the toilet . And ultimately they did t need to do that. And my toilet is ruined . I will never use them again . Waiting for a call back. . Super unprofessional!

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE CONTRACTING THIS COMPANY TO WORK FOR YOU!!!!! I’m not usually a review reader/poster, but I wish I would have seen all of this before my experience. The company was contracted through Home Depot to install purchased appliances - cook top, wall oven, dishwasher, vent hood, and refrigerator hook up. To begin with, the lady called at 9:07 AM to say he was on his way. I responded that I was 30 minutes away and would meet them there. I pulled into my driveway at 9:39 AM. She then called me back at 10:38 to inform me he was running late with a flat tire. She called back again to say that he was “rolling towards you as we speak.” That call was at 11:53 AM and the service man did not arrive until 12:45. When he came in and looked around for a moment at the appliances, he proceeded to inform me of all the things that he couldn’t do for me today. I asked him “ do you really want to work today or just waste me three hours I waited on you?” Needless to say, he did

This company was called out to fix my hot water heater, 1st visit was all of 15mins they lit the hot water heater and turned it down. The next day I had to call them back because the water was not hot, 2nd visit was to turn it back up, but technician turned it down so the water became even colder, 3rd visit was to turn it up for hotter water, the technician again had to relight the heater in which was the 4th visit . Now the upstairs and downstairs shower was not getting hot, 5th time they came out and said I needed a part because the hot and cold water was not mixing, 6th time technician came out a week later to put in the part, he stated the the upstairs shower was leaking water and if I didn’t stop call them back. The next day it was still leaking and there was no hot water in the house at all, I call to let them know that and they said that’s a hot water heater problem and I to call my insurance company back and let them know, because that would be a new ticket, remind you that was
