I could over share details of my experience, but short version they are ripping people off. I had multiple times where no one showed up, the dispatcher had excuse after excuse. I wasted money getting things worked on that wasn’t the issue at all. They take advantage of the uneducated and drain their money.

Called to unplug a toilet . Charged over $300. First snakes the toilet . Scratched the heck out of the guest bathroom . Then removed the toilet to unclog . Which is what worked . However, they never advised they would scratch up the toilet . And ultimately they did t need to do that. And my toilet is ruined . I will never use them again . Waiting for a call back. . Super unprofessional!

Not professional at all and very rude. I was scheduled today to have a plumber out between 12 and 4:30 and they never showed. The lady that answers the phones said she called and left a voicemail at 5:30 when I was already home and in the shower so I was not expecting them to call or even show up by that point. So when I called back I was put on hold immediately and then when she got back on the phone asked my address and after giving it to her I was out on hold again. Then she states that she will have to reschedule me for another day next week, I said okay, what day and time and before I even got time all the way out of my mouth I was hung up on. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I understand it gets busy especially after having a hard freeze, but DO NOT schedule a day and time with a customer and then not show up at all. Very unprofessional. Poor customer service.
