Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

Terrible customer service! First of all, the only appointments you can get with them are scheduled with a window of 8-5 so you have to take the entire day off of work just to have them come out which is ridiculous. I should have realized then that I should choose a local AC company for this maintenance call and not Sears with a customer service call center to have to go through. I have a 1 year old Rheem system, top of the line. The AC app that connects with my phone notified me that it was time for a maintenance call because they recommend maintenance once a year. I scheduled with Sears and they came out and did the cleaning. Cost $129. Obviously my 1 year old system had no issues going into this maintenance call, it was just time for a cleaning and I did that. By 3pm the same day I started getting an alarm going off on my phone that the float switch has tripped. This means that the drain line is clogged. This prevented by unit from cooling the air. The worse place to invest in ac unit. They canceled on us 4 times when our ac unit went out. We have called numerous of times and they don't know why or who canceled the service. We finally had a technician come out, he demanded that we have a latter for him to get into our attic. He claimed our attic one was not safe. Which I have been up on several time's. He refused to fix our ac. What happened to this company? I wouldn't have even given the one star.
