Empire roofing, true to their word, dealt with my insurance company and contracted adjuster, in lieu of myself. Empire employee, Blake, deserves a shoutout, as he never once lost his cool, calm demeanor when by all accounts, he very well could have. The roof…. Perfect! Beautiful! High quality!! And as an added bonus, they kept the yard tidy and Blake, once again true to his word, even came all the way back to my house, the day after completion, just bc, he said that he would. (Integrity) My man had a magnet in his hands, going around the entirety of my 5100sq ft home, picking up the few nails that may have gotten past the tarps. Last but def not least… the roofing crew did not waste time. They finished the roof, in half the time I assumed it would hand taken. Without one single instance of rework or blemish discovered by my overly-critical, quasi-abrasive, but lovingly sweet wife, or her dad. I could not say enough about Blake and Empire roofing and gutters to ever do them justice. W

They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner. After the job was complete they sent a quality control person to inspect the final product prior to getting the final inspection with the county. I called three roofing companies for quotes, One company didn’t even show up for their appointment and the other one quoted a price much higher than Tadlock. I am very pleased with their work and customer service.

Everyone that I worked with was professional and provided me information quickly. My plumbing ventilation issue was repaired quickly and a full day ahead of schedule.
