It’s been a long couple of months and I finally have time to write this review on Plumbing MD Inc in Walker, La. My water heater failed one night and they came out within the hour. They helped me move a few things around because I was really stressed and trying to mop up water in order to save as much furniture as I could. They made sure nothing else was leaking, checked all my other fixtures to see if anything else needed attention, called the water mitigation company to dry my house up and talk to my insurance company. Oh, they also changed my water heater the very next day so I could have water to use. As a homeowner, plumbing issues makes life so hard but having a plumbing company I can trust makes fixing it so much easier. I didn’t know what a clean out was until I rolled over it with my mower and things went haywire. Handyman special had my ptrap backwards. Chain in my toilet somehow caused my toilet to constantly run. Put a hole in my pipe trying to hang a picture on my wall. No

Plumbing MD was amazing to us! They came out to the “Touch-a-Truck” event and really served the community by investing in our kids, but on top of that they gave away a free toilet and the install! We were fortunate enough to be on the receiving end of this. They even fixed our damaged flange while they were here! Thanks Daniel and Jacob!
