Ray came highly recommended to me and he did not disappoint. He is professional yet friendly. He did a flooring upgrade to luxury vinyl tile. His prices are reasonable. I am definitely pleased with the outcome. Service: Flooring repair

We hired Ray to tear down a wall and open the area by putting sheetrock on the walls which had been cedar planks and repairing the ceiling. He also added shelving in our washroom. He also ripped out a sink in our storage room and added cabinets to the space for more storage. My biggest complaint is he talked big and he did not deliver. The sheetrock walls that he installed were so off I had to hire a drywall company to repair the walls. After he had the job, he then informs us he does not do texturing. He also ruined our floor saying he thought we were replacing it. And he capped off the sink, and now our shower does not drain. He basically has limited skills and his quality of work is poor. Both rooms he worked on at least were not main rooms in my house. The company I hired to fix his mistakes did a great job. So it cost me to get it right. If you are looking for a basic repair he can do it; just do not hire him if you expect a professional job. Services: General construct
