Called while they were on a call and received a prompt call back...They took the name of the tenant and I needed to make sure tenant was there- they followed up with me after 45 mins (A very good thing so time was not lost and the issue got handled promptly) They arrived, diagnose the problem and this was due to a part failure on a system still in warranty. Since it is a specialty brand they suggested I go back to the installing dealer (Out of town on a hunting trip) as the parts and labor would likely all be under warranty. I asked about the bill for the call. No charge! This property is very rural! I will find a way to pay them but these people are very honest diligent and polite. You will not go wrong using them.
