I had some water leaking from my Furnace/ AC Unit. Richie gave me tips over the phone to try and resolve the problem while trying to get a technician available (during a busy humid stretch when they were getting tons of calls). An hour later a tech in my neighborhood called me to say he could make time to swing by between service appointments, if our schedules lined up. The tech was friendly, courteous and professional. He even took his shoes off before coming in. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it while also checking out other possible causes, just to be sure. Great service, I guess thats why they've been in business for forty years.

Richie's installed our air cond system many years ago. When you call for service, (which is not very often), Rich calls back right away and his technicians are at the house within a few hours.
