Dave and his team are excellent at all things handyman related. We hired him to help with a punch list of items that we've wanted to do for years... from cracked marble tile replacement, to recaulking the master tub, to drywall replacement, to a water stain on the ceiling, cleaning gutters, and replacing the basement walkout double french doors with a brand new one. From the initial scheduling of the walk through (to see all the items), the cost estimate, the timing, and completion, Dave and his team did a phenomenal job. There was no excuses, no delays.
