McDonald's employees were completely professional efficient on time and cleaned up after themselves. They installed are diken Mini splits that are working perfectly. The installation was in December It's warmer now than it was before we have the Mini splits. They were here only 2 days and everything everything is complete. I called because our carbon monoxide alarm went off on the stairs to the basement. Called McDonald's and they came within the hour. Alan was very professional with a positive attitude and went thru the boiler and found broken electrodes at the nozzle. He replaced the broken electrodes, the nozzle, and checked everything else, and finished up in 90 minutes. We're very grateful that McDonalds could fix the problem promptly for a reasonable price. The compressor for my air conditioner failed at closing time and the temperature in my house was 93 degrees. McDonald's sent a technician, despite the late hour, so my family would not have to spend the night in a very hot and humid house.
