After the company who had serviced our central air conditioning closed, I called around to see who seemed to be customer service oriented. I liked what I heard from the folks at Quail and Sam - the technician who serviced our unit - did not disappoint. I was impressed with his great work ethic, sensitivity to cleanliness, problem solving skills and his practical cost/benefit analysis when a decision had to be made about a part that was declining! Excellent customer service when I called and extremely professional honest workers came to my ???? to fix my toilet issue and install a new one for me. Fixed every issue I had and went over cost before .
