Loyal customers for 3 years. Tried the pre-buy this year. Price of oil went waaay below the pre-buy price. To be fair, we didn’t buy the downside insurance. Ayer Oil didn’t care. “You’re welcome to go elsewhere,” they said. Good. We will.

Ayer Oil is fantastic! Whether it’s oil delivery, scheduled maintenance, or even an emergency on a weekend, they are efficient, friendly, and professional! Any issue or question I’ve had, they’ve taken care of me and truly make me feel like they value me as a customer and a person. Incredible service every time! I’m really great full for Ayer Oil. My husband and I are new to this house that we rent - neither of us have ever been responsible for an oil tank before. We realized we were really low on oil and in need of a delivery right away. We’ve let the tank one out once by accident already - and at that time we were dealing with Lorden Oil. They charged us all sorts of fees to rush our order - not to mention the minimum order Lorden has of 150 gallons. That order with Lorden was almost $500. This time, I decided to explore other options. I put in a contact for early in the morning on their website, and Kim reached out to me that day within an hour of their office opening. Kim was very kind and professional, and she understood the urgency of my situation while also keeping my budget in mind. She sent a guy out to inspect the tank a few hours later, and I filled out a new customer form. The man who came to look at the tank was very friendly and quick.
