Had stormworks replace a flat rubber roof at the end of March. Noticed bubbling in the middle of the roof and along the outside seams in June so contacted the sales rep/project manager who responded that he’d talk to the production team. Several weeks go by and I don’t hear anything so contact them again and he says it’s a curing issue and it will go away. It was a hot summer this year, it didn’t go away. Contact them again, took another couple weeks to respond and they finally come to look at it at the end of July, 7 weeks after I first contacted them. Installer says that this shouldn’t have happened, something is obviously wrong, that it was a new product for them and and that they’d contact the manufacturer. Fast forward to September, haven’t heard from them and the original rep isn’t responding so I contact the main office and the owner calls me back tells me it’s a faulty adhesive and that a claim was put in and they’re just waiting on it to come through and there are several cust

The workers performing this service were some of the hardest working people. Given todays what’s in it for me society- these people demonstrated outstanding work ethic and brought me back to the day when there was a great deal of pride in getting a job done correctly and in a timely manner. . Storm Works was recommended to us by a trusted friend, and we were delighted with our choice. Sean Green, the owner, was upfront and honest throughout, and worked as hard as his crew did. And the crew were amazing! They worked 10-12 hour days in the heat of summer and left the place immaculate. They swept up carefully after a huge project, leaving behind maybe 5 nails total and a beautiful new roof that enhanced our house and looked great when solar panels were installed.
